<p>صفحه‌ای تازه حاوی «&#039;&#039;&#039;ماده 40 قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری:&#039;&#039;&#039; به منظور ايجاد زيرساخت اطلاعاتي و تمركز امور مربوط به استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات در خدمات اداري ، دولت موظف است از طريق سازمان ثبت احوال و شركت پست جمهوري اسلامي ايران و مشاركت كليه دستگاههاي اجرائي پايگاه ا...» ایجاد کرد</p> <p><b>صفحهٔ تازه</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;ماده 40 قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری:&#039;&#039;&#039; به منظور ايجاد زيرساخت اطلاعاتي و تمركز امور مربوط به استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات در خدمات اداري ، دولت موظف است از طريق سازمان ثبت احوال و شركت پست جمهوري اسلامي ايران و مشاركت كليه دستگاههاي اجرائي پايگاه اطلاعات ايرانيان را طراحي ، ساماندهي و اجراء نمايد .<br /> <br /> در خصوص اين ماده لازم به توضيح است كه با توجه به &quot;قانون اساسنامه شركت ملي پست جمهوري اسلامي ايران&quot; مصوب 13/ 4/ 1395، به منظور انجام امور ملي و حاكميتي خدمات پستي از تاريخ تصويب قانون مذكور،عنوان «شركت پست جمهوري اسلامي ايران» به «شركت ملي پست جمهوري اسلامي ايران» تغيير نام مي يابد.<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;تبصره 1 ـ&#039;&#039;&#039; اين پايگاه با استفاده از شماره ملي و كد پستي از طريق ساماندهي ، هدايت و اتصال داده ها و اطلاعات موجود دستگاهها تشكيل مي گردد .<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;تبصره 2ـ&#039;&#039;&#039; كليه دستگاههاي اجرائي موظفند تا پايان سال 1386 پايگاههاي اطلاعات داده هاي مربوط به خود را با استفاده از شماره ملي و كد پستي آماده نمايند .<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;تبصره 3 ـ&#039;&#039;&#039; آئين نامه اين ماده توسط سازمان تهيه و به تصويب هيأت وزيران خواهد رسيد .<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;تبصره 4 ـ&#039;&#039;&#039; سازمان مسؤول پيگيري و نظارت بر حُسن انجام تكاليف مصرح در اين ماده مي باشد . هرگونه ارائه خدمات و برقراري ارتباط با مراجعاني كه نياز به شناسايي افراد و آدرس محل استقرار آنها مي باشد از سال 1388 بدون استفاده از شماره ملي و كدپستي توسط دستگاههاي اجرائي ممنوع مي باشد .</div>
